| Details: | 2025 Survey report 10.29.2025-Operator provided an acceptable coliform sampling plan with follow up RP sampling site. Next steps: Address pending survey deficiencies and comply with the requirements stated in the AO. 10.13.2025-The operator provided a photo of the storage tank that shows a cover specifically design to prevent contaminants from entering the tank where the pipe passes through the tank. Next steps: the operator as to submit their CCR report, create a written coliform sampling plan, and address pending violations. 05.21.2025-I emailed the operator requesting a follow up on the corrective actions to address the pending survey deficiencies. 04.10.2025-Survey site visit completed. 04.29.2025-Operator and DMCE notified. Corrective actions for significant deficiencies and rule violations due by September 2, 2025. No inventory updates. |
