| Details: | Spoke with operator over the phone regarding outstanding violations. This system did not submit corrosion control testing data for the past few months. No test for DBP's was submitted for the last monitoring period. The operator confirmed they understood the requirement and that they would submit CC data for the past few months. They also understood DBP testing requirements. I also brought a recent consumer complaint to the operator's attention. |
