| Details: | The system was contacted regarding repeat sampling violations. Corrosion control test results have not been submitted on-time throughout 2025; these are due by the 10th of each month. No assessment sample was submitted or Well #3 for 2024 or for 2025. I also reminded the operator that Lead & Copper testing was due for this system on 9/30/2025; they stated that these samples had not yet been collected. I also reminded the operator that DBP testing would be due in December 2025 for this system. The operator confirmed they understood these requirements. They stated that the Corrosion Control results for August and September would be submitted as soon as possible. I also emailed the system a list of the overdue/soon to be due sampling requirements. |
