| Details: | Intake improvement Project 05.29.2025-The operator informed PR engineer about the scaled-down project and seeking clarification on whether there is a need for project plan review and approval. Project Status: The project is now moving forward with final design work. Reason for Changes: There was a loss of FEMA funding, which drastically reduced the scope of work planned for the existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) site. Reduced Scope of Work: The modifications will now be minor and will only include the following: Minor adjustments to the intake structure desilt system, replacing existing pumps with slightly larger ones, adding new electrical gear, and adding a generator. PR engineer informed the operator that these modifications will not require plan review approval. |
