| Details: | Leave message with front desk staff to contact the owner ASAP about a source sample submitted on 2-26-19 that tested positive for E.coli. Inform staff that 5 confirmation samples are required from the well and are to be submitted to the laboratory today. Joanna returned by call later in the afternoon. She states that she will be submitting to the lab today 5 confirmation samples from the well and one coliform distribution sample. We discuss the possible Boil Water Alert procedures. |
