| Details: | Two of the five E.coli confirmation samples tested positive on 3/1/19. Operator notified of this situation. A Tier I Public Notice has been posted to the front entrances of each of the licensed facilities and at each bathroom or faucets available to the staff and the public. This restaurant will be allowed to operated under the boil alert as the operator has agreed to a health department approved alternative method for food handling. Lifted 03/20/2019: A source sample that was submitted on 3/19/19 resulted in a absence of coliform and E.coli. |
