| Details: | The system has been on a monthly coliform sampling due to missing routine distribution samples. They were placed back to quarterly monitoring but failed to submit a Level 1 investigation and were returned back to monthly sampling. I conducted a site visit on June 6, 2025 and found no significant deficiencies. There are 12 consecutive months of sampling recorded in SDWIS. I will submit my Level 2 investigation and have requested a review to return the system to a quarterly coliform sampling schedule. |
