| Details: | 2025 WTP survey update 04.09.2026-The operator informed me that for the week of April 20, they are planning to install a flow meter on the gravity line downslope of the treatment plant. The operator still has to confirm the exact lconfiguration of the line. 01.20.2026-Steve Reber provided a copy of the CT study report. The tracer test resulted in a contact time of 37 minutes, yielding a baffling factor of 0.15. Next steps: The operator has been instructed to use this 37-minute contact time for all daily CT calculations moving forward. Still pending: Final plan review approval for the tanks and a new tracer study for WTP-A. 01.02.2026-Steve Reber with Civil West informed me that the CT study is scheduled for January 9th. Results will be submitted upon completion of test and analysis of the results. 12.12.2025 - The WTP B CT study methodology has been approved. Next steps: The Circuit Rider Engineer will assist the system in conducting the approved Contact Time Study. The CT study is planned for during the first half of January. Upon completion, a copy of the final results will be submitted to the DWS for review and record. 12.10.2025 - The circuit rider engineer submitted a copy of the water treatment plant (WTP) - B contact time study methodology. 11.13.2025 Operator submitted the following documents: - Protocol for under certified operator, - Coliform Sampling Plan - Photos provided to verify repairs made to address the leaks in the pump house, photos of the new chlorine pump, and photos of the new lid on the access hatch. - chemical sampling update. Pending deficiencies: - Tracer study needed for CT calculation. - Plan review to address improvements made without prior plan review approval. 06/24/25 Survey site visit completed. 07/08/25 Operator and DMCE notified Sig def and unmet rules noted. Corrective actions due dates on page 1 of the survey report. Survey RPT and LTR saved on S drive. No changes to Data Online inventory. |
