| Details: | Discussed the overdue arsenic sample from the 1st quarter (Jan–March). Advised the operator that 2nd quarter arsenic sampling is now due and emphasized the importance of timely compliance. The operator stated they plan to collect the arsenic sample as soon as possible. The operator also confirmed that the Lead and Copper service line inventory has been completed, but the documentation has not yet been submitted to DWS. They shared that limited staffing and capacity have delayed submission but stated they will send in the completed paperwork as soon as they are able. |
