| Details: | Followed up with the operator to confirm whether an arsenic sample was taken and reported to the State. They confirmed that the sample was submitted to the lab on July 14. After contacting the lab, they noted that staff transitions there may have delayed reporting. The results will be forwarded to our office and the State. Additionally, they stated that a new operator will be taking over the system. I provided an email with the DRC form to support the transition. | ||
