Details:	08.19.2025 -The operator reported that chemical samples (IOCs, Nitrate, and RADs) were collected last week. However, they were notified by Grants Pass Water Lab that there was a problem with the DBP samples and the water system will need to resubmit new samples. The operator is planning to collect the additional DBP samples early next week. In a separate matter, the operator asked about Business Oregon's request for a Sustainable Infrastructure Planning Project (SIPP) funding application for a feasibility study. It is currently unclear if a feasibility study is necessary, as the system was already granted conditional plan approval in March 2023 to proceed with its proposed surface water treatment plan. 07.30.2025 -The operator reported that the chemical water samples for IOCs, Nitrate, RADs, and DBPs, which are requirements of the most recent Administrative Order, are scheduled for collection in the third week of August. 07.29.2025 - The operator has requested Circuit Rider technical assistance for their 2024 Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). Additionally, they are seeking project management support from the Circuit Rider Program to help with their SRF funding application. An email has been sent to Civil West Engineering and DWS managers requesting approval for this assistance.
