| Details: | I received an update on the project regarding covering the open flocculation and filtration basins (plan review ID 27-2025 issued Conditional Approval on 2-25-25) via email from Trevis Smith with Keller and Associates on 8-4-25. In his email, Trevis stated that at the city's July 7th council meeting, the city council awarded the construction contract for this project to Cedar Mill Construction Company out of Tualatin. Last week, they held the pre-construction meeting with Cedar Mill and the city. Cedar Mill will be submitting a schedule to them shortly but in their initial conversations they are hoping to get through the submittal / fabrication / procurement process by late fall and wrapping up the project in late 2025 or early 2026. | ||
