| Details: | The operator submitted a Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form on August 14, 2025. I've reviewed the report, and the investigation identified that the current sampling site—a threaded spigot with hot/cold valves located adjacent to a toilet—is not an optimal location and likely contributed to the recent total coliform alerts. A new, non-threaded sampling port was added to the same line but away from the restroom. The operator was reminded that they should collect three routine samples in August, and if those are negative they they should resume quarterly monitoring starting October 1st. |
