| Details: | I called Mr. Ezparza today as Shield Crest missed their deadline for the 5 triggered source samples. Mr. Ezparza stated he had turned in the samples on 8/13 to Spring Street Analytical. I called Spring Street Analytical and they informed me that 4 of the samples were positive for coliform. I informed Mr. Ezparza that Shield Crest will be moved to monthly sampling and scheduled a level 2 investigation with him. | ||
