| Details: | Contacted Shastina for Shield Crest's semiannual food inspection and discussed what Shield Crest needed to do to correct the water quality violations as the facility was serving water directly from the tap. Informed Shastina that Shield Crest Golf Club needed to collect triggered and repeat coliform sampling following the positive sample earlier in the month, as well as continue to have the E. coli boil notice posted until all sampling indicates the absence of coliform bacteria. | ||
