| Details: | Water system operator contacted DWS to submit May 2025 SWTR. The system completed construction of a new surface water treatment plant in February 2025, and the May SWTR was the first report generated with data from the new plant. The system was on a long-term boil water advisory required by DWS, which remained in effect during May 2025. DWS lifted the boil water advisory on June 12, 2025, once the system demonstrated compliance with surface water treatment requirements. The May 2025 SWTR showed that the system failed to meet disinfection CT requirements on multiple days. The operator explained that adjustments were being made to the system's chlorine batch strength and chemical dosing pumps throughout May. DWS had the operator re-submit the May SWTR with notes on the disinfection adjustments that were made, and a disclaimer about the active boil water advisory. | ||
