Details: | A complaint was received about receiving notice of only the Ilifting of the temporary boil due to the pressure losses due to leak detection services. But the complainant did not receive the actual boil notice when it was announced. It sounds like the communication from Midland Water should have been clearer. They are aware of the complaints and endeavor to do better. Many other challenges were discussed, and resources were shared both ways resulting in more understanding of Midland's plight. (Note: These pressure losses represent a potential contamination. And since no known contamination has occurred, OHA does not usually get involved beyond sharing the *new & improved* Low/No Pressure Guidance, developed by water systems for water systems.) |
