| Details: | I contacted Mr. Singh and advised him of the positive total coliform results from the two samples collected on 3-11-2019. I informed him that a Level 1 Coliform Investigation has been triggered and explained the reasons why. I let him know that he will be receiving a letter along with the Level 1 Coliform Investigation form from Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services (OHA DWS) and that the investigation must be completed and the form submitted to ODA by 4-25-2019. I informed him that the system does not need to collect three repeat samples for the coliform positive samples but that he must collect a triggered source sample within 24 hours. He said he will collect a triggered source sample today, submit it to a laboratory for analysis and have the results reported to OHA DWS. I let him know that beginning in April of 2019, the system will need to start monthly coliform monitoring for a period of at least one year and that he will be receiving a letter to that effect from OHA DWS. | ||
