Details:	On 9-17-25 I received an alert for two total coliform positive repeat samples taken in the distribution system on 9-16-25. An alert was also generated for 3 total coliform positive repeat samples taken 9-15-25. The system has had a series of total coliform positive samples in the distribution system and has attributed them to a broken illegal connection to their water main (illegal connection is now disconnected) as part of a Level 1 Coliform Investigation. System has been flushing and keeping an elevated chlorine residual (2.0 mg/l at the entry point) and is taking additional samples. I had emailed Brandon on 9-16-25 about a total coliform absent sample taken from the well, but inadvertently marked as a "special" sample rather than triggered source assessment and that is when he stated that 2 more samples were being taken to the lab on 9-16-25, which ended up being the total coliform repeat samples for which the most recent alert was generated.
