| Details: | L1 Coliform investigation 09.19.2025 - The operator completed a Level 1 Coliform investigation. Based on the results of the investigation, the operator believes the cause of the coliform positive sample was a sampling error. The fact that the original location tested on Sept 10 (Men's bathroom sink) tested negative on its repeat sample suggests that contamination is likely not widespread or constat in that part of the system. Next steps: The operator was advised to consider flushing the water line. A copy of the L1 Coliform investigation form submitted to DMCE. 09.18.2025 - The RT water sample collected at the Men's restroom sink on Sept 10 tested TC positive, the operator collected 3 RP samples on Sept 16. Only the RP sample collected at the main residence bathroom sink came back TC positive. The other two samples tested absent of coliform contamination. Next steps: Operator instructed to complete a Level One Coliform Investigation. Electronic form provided via email. |
