| Details: | SWTR Violation - High NTU reported on July 10, 2025 10.02.2025 Reminded the operator to submit the amended report for July 2025. The operator emailed me back a copy of the amended report. The corrected report has been submitted to DMCE, along with a request to delete the violations that were incorrectly triggered by the original NTU levels. 09.10.2025 The reported high turbidity (16.0 NTU) for July 10, 2025, was reported in error and triggered the SWTR violation. The operator has confirmed the correct value is 0.16 NTU. Next Step: The operator will submit an amended report to DMCE with the correct turbidity data for July 2025. |
