| Details: | Called and left a voicemail for the operator requesting a callback to discuss the repeat sampling procedure following a routine TC+ result. Update 10/17/25: Called and left another voicemail requesting a callback to discuss the next steps for taking repeat samples following the TC+ result. A follow up email has also been sent to the operator. Update 10/20/25: Spoke with the operator, who informed me that he only collected one special sample at the TC+ source as a repeat. I clarified the correct procedure: he is to collect one sample at the TC+ source, one upstream, one downstream, and one at each of the wellheads — for a total of five repeat samples. Update 10/23/25: Operator sent over sample results, all five repeat samples were TC- / EC-, followed up with operator over email to continue sampling according to coliform sampling plan. |
