| Details: | 10.21.2025 - Miranda emailed me requesting clarification on the CCR due date. I clarified that the CCR was due on July 1, 2025. The CCR Certification form is due October 1, 2025. Next steps: The operator has to distribute the CCR to all customers as soon as practical. A copy of the CCR and the CCR certification form must be submitted to DMCE. - Miranda is the new contact for the system. Next step: Data Online updated with Miranda's contact information. |
