| Details: | I sent David Jacob an e-mail inquiring if the Annual Summary Report for Big Foot has been sent for the overdue deficiency correction. It is not showing on the main page for the system. I also marked the deficiency for being a PNC or non-compliance with AO corrected as the system now has a score of 4. The administrative order on the system was issued after the Drinking Water Survey so the deficiency does not apply to the observation at the survey. | ||
