Details:	10.31.2025 SWT Monthly Report 10.31.2025 - I left a voice message for the operator, reminding them that they have not submitted their surface water treatment (SWT) reports since July 2025. Next steps: The operator was instructed to submit a surface water treatment report for October within the 1st 10 business days of November. Public Notice due to E. Coli. The sample on August 11 that tested positive for E. Coli was presumably collected by Amber prior to treatment. Lab results for follow up samples collected in September and October came back absent of coliform contamination. Next steps: DMCE has RTC'ed the E. Coli MCL violation. No further actions needed at this time.
