Data Online shows that the system has accumulated 5 violation points (one point for each missing monthly report). Warning: If a system’s score reaches 11 points or higher, it is classified as a Priority Non-Complier (PNC). Systems with PNC status are subject to further enforcement actions by the Compliance and Enforcement team. Next steps: To avoid accumulating additional points, the operator was advised to ensure that all SWT reports are submitted during the first ten business days of each month.
