| Details: | Phone contact with operators, discussed sample from unapproved location for DBP sample, system noted it will double check with lab, operator may have miss wrote 38080 instead of 37080 on report. Operators plan to contact lab to amend report. Separately system noted it had recently fixed a large section of pipe and chlorinated this area after repair, with out flushing. System believes this may have been the cause of the increase DBPs in the system as the systems DBPs have trended down since initial high results in 2025 and operation evaluation as noted in previous contact reports. |
