| Details: | 2025 Survey Report 12.16.2025-The operator informed me that the following items will be address during the 1st week of January 2026: • Relocate the existing digital flow meter from the influent side of the treatment process to the effluent side of the contact tank. • Install a new 4-GPM flow restrictor on the influent side of the treatment process. • Replace the existing totalizer flow meter located on the influent side of the treatment process. 12.02.2025- Met over MS Teams with Quinns Pump Service to discuss possible treatment options for the system to get back into compliance with surface water rules. Next steps: An email was provided to Tera with the list of UV reactors validated by the State. Quinns Pump Service representatives will meet with the water system operator to discuss next steps The operator will address the plumbing changes needed in preparation for the tracer study. 11.18.2025 - The operator has reached out to Quinns Plumbing to assist with the relocation of the flow meter and other necessary plumbing changes needed prior to the chlorine tracer study. Next steps: Once these changes have been done to the system, the operator will reach out to coordinate the tracer study with the DWS circuit rider. |
