| Details: | DWS held call with TCWA and OAWU to discuss concerns with data from the newly installed Seccua membrane filter. July, August, and September SWTRs contained PDR data that raises suspicions over the quality of the data being recorded. TCWA is in contact with Seccua customer support to learn more about how DIT results are calculated and recorded. OAWU and NW Natural Water Services speculate that there may be a leaking fitting somewhere in the filter assembly that is contributing to unusual DIT results. A troubleshooting plan was agreed upon, and will be caried out by TCWA and OAWU. DWS instructed TCWA to submit October SWTR with the available data with the understanding that this will likely trigger another reporting violation. |
