| Details: | Based on the 90th percentile summary results online, the system meets the criteria to return to a 3-year frequency at the reduced number of sites. I’ve included the rule citation below for reference. OAR 333-061-0036(10(d)(D)(vii) – pages 155-156 At water systems where sample results are less than or equal to 0.005 mg/l for lead and 0.65 mg/l for copper when calculated according to OAR 333-061-0030(1) for two consecutive six-month monitoring periods, water suppliers may reduce the number of samples according to subsection (10)(c) of this rule and the sampling frequency to once every three calendar years.
