| Details: | Source assessment sample collected 11/19/2025 at well #2 was total coliform and E. coli positive. Spoke with Theo and emailed system advising system to collect five confirmation samples from that source within 24 hours, and to follow-up with Lane County. Beyond the 5 confirmation samples, no other actions required at this time. Of note, system has 4-log viral inactivation in treatment in place, and a distribution system sample collected at the same date was free of coliform bacteria with a free chlorine residual of 0.4 mg/L. Correction 10/21/2025: Due to the 4-log treatment, the confirmation samples are not required. Emailed system to call off thee confirmation samples. |
