| Details: | I left a voicemail for the system clarifying that confirmation samples were NOT REQUIRED. No additional action on the part of the system/system operator is required regarding the recent E-Coli positive Assessment sample. A voicemail was also left on the operator's cell number. As the system has been on 4-log disinfection since 2014, the risk of E-coli in the source is being addressed. |
