| Details: | Called Todd to discuss the two +TC repeat samples. He was unsure why this happened and mentioned removing the aerator from the nursery sink before collecting the sample. Informed Todd that a Level 1 Investigation Form would need to be completed and emailed him the documents. System is on monthly sampling and will collect another routine coliform sample in December. |
