| Details: | Operator learned that routine coliform sample was positive for total coliform (negative for E. Coli) and contacted DWS for guidance for follow-up sampling. DWS instructed to collect 3 repeat samples from the building, with one sample from the original faucet, and one triggered sample from the wellhead. Scott Kruger spoke to Ben Motter on 12/10/25 and confirmed the information provided by Baxter Call. We also discussed proper sampling techniques and aseptic procedures. I suggested that he obtain a sampling procedure guidance document from the lab. |
