| Details: | We sent an email to the operator that said: "...Jon & Tammy, See below. The distribution sample came back positive for coliform bacteria. Follow your Coliform sampling plan: Within 24-hours, you should be: Collecting three ‘Repeat’ coliform samples from the distribution (one up-stream, one down-stream, and one at 7535 Clear Creek Rd.). Also, collect another ‘Triggered’ source water sample. The temporary sampling schedule is summarized online at: https://yourwater.oregon.gov/schedulescoliform.php?pwsno=00612. I will also follow-up with a phone call. Please let me know you have any questions. Regards..." We also followed up with phone calls directly to the operators. We were able to reach Tammy Hirata via phone and explained these items verbally as well. Also: on 6/17/25, we answered some questions via phone with the operator as well. |
