| Details: | Routine Coliform- Did Not Report Any. I spoke with Mr. Coffey over the phone about the Coliform sample that they failed to report. Mr. Coffey stated that the operator forgot to collect the sample for this first quarter of the year. I informed Mr. Coffey that failure to report 2 coliform samples during a 12-months period may trigger an increase their sampling schedule to a monthly routine sampling. Mr. Coffey will relay this information to the current operator Mr. Steve Wagner. |
