| Details: | On December 2, 2025, I had emailed a reminder about the Corrective Action plan needed to resolve deficiencies noted during the Sept 9, 2025 water system survey. Jake Dyer followed up by sending the plan on December 8, 2025. The written plan indicated that they had ordered a primary formazin calibration standard and had begun quarterly calibration on the new turbidimeters, which had been previously calibrated using a secondary verification method. They also changed a pending recruitment of a new treatment supervisor to require the new supervisor to hold a WD-3 certification to satisfy the new certification requirement, which had changed due to an increase in population. The new employee (Nathan Tullock) was subsequently hired and designated the operator in direct responsible charge (DRC) for the distribution system. The plan also requested more time to secure corner hatches on the distribution reservoirs. The corner hatches were subsequently secured with either locks or fastened plates per an email and photos of the hatches received from Jake Dyer on Jan 8, 2026. | ||
