Details:	Bill (the DRC through this month) phoned to inform me that a power failure at Weiss Estates caused their chlorine pump to stop working. The residual went to zero. A boil advisory has been issued (see related advisory). When they started the feed pump up again, the settings had changed. Bill worked on it the evening of May 8 and believes he has put everything back right, using the operations manual. The boil notice will remain in place until Bill is confident the chlorine residual is back in their target range (0.4-0.6 mg/L, I believe), and coliform samples come back absent. Bill will be meeting onsite with the next DRC, Mike Murphy, to review everything.
