| Details: | I contacted Mr. Tamaska to inform him that the results of a routine coliform sample were not reported to the Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services for the first quarter of 2019. He forgot to obtain and submit the water sample for analysis to an approved laboratory during the first quarter of 2019 and will do so either today or tomorrow. | ||
