| Details: | I informed Mr. Tamaska that because a routine coliform sample was not submitted for both the second quarter of 2018 and the first quarter of 2019, the system must collect a second sample sometime this quarter (at least one week after the first sample) and report the results to DWS. He said the first sample was collected and submitted to the laboratory on 4-22-19. I advised him that failure to do so will result in the system changing to a monthly monitoring schedule. He agreed to submit the second sample within the required time frame. | ||
