| Details: | Today contact was made with the facility operator as no NO3 test results were submitted during the first quarter of 2019. We discussed the firm's requirement to submit NO3 (Nitrate) test results quarterly. Operator agreed to contact water lab to see if first quarter results are available. Operator explained that if there were no documented NO3 test results for the first quarter of 2019, that this test would be taken within the next 3 days. | ||
