| Details: | Today another email was sent to compliance in an attempt to have this system removed from quarterly coliform sampling as they have already fulfilled their four consecutive quarters of nitrate sampling and are now racking up violations. 9/8/21 Spoke with the operator and explained that one more nitrate test must be submitted to satisfy the quarterly requirement and this year's annual nitrate requirement. Operator said she would take the sample today. 10/28/21 - Contact was made with compliance through email to explain that this facility submitted their last nitrate sample on 9/24/21 and have now completed their nitrate requirement to return to annual nitrate. |
