Details: Today phone contact was made with the operator regarding the most recent violation for not submitting ground water report for the month of May. the operator explained that she did have the data but failed to submit it. Operator explained that the report would be submitted today. In addition, the facility has received a violation for not reporting a quarterly nitrate during the second quarter. According to their sampling records, it appears that the firm is due to be switched back to annual nitrate from quarterly. An emaill was sent to compliance for this purpose.
