- This water system was last used July 6th, 2018. Water usage records were supplied.
- Distribution system was removed and will be rebuilt to fit new facility. (System INACTIVE 07/07/2018)
- Links to plan review web pages have been provided to the system so that they may judge for themselves whether plan review is required as they make plans for the new distribution system.
- The system has promised to notify their regulator (Joshua Geck, ODA) when they are able to foresee restarting the system.
- The well pump was removed and replaced early 2019. No plan review required per Carrie Gentry of Plan Review.
- The violation for not sampling in the third quarter of 2018 (Vio. No. 901645513) is accurate and will stand because the system used water for six days during the quarter. (July 1st through July 6th, 2018). Other violations associated with not sampling after well inactivated will be removed
- This system is and has been a customer of Salem Public Works (SPW) water (OR41 00731). SPW is used for offices, restrooms, breakrooms etc. Well water is only used for irrigation and processing.
