Details: Contact staff and discuss the positive coliform sample submitted on May 6th. I explain that this system will need to be self investigated and determine the source of bacteria. I discuss the Level 1 investigation that has been sent to the operator. I stress contracting with a professional pump company to assist with this persistent coliform issue in this system
