| Details: | I have made multiple attempts to communicate to this operator and the owner the importance of the Level 1 Investigation that is due June 15th. To date this has not been received and I am concerned that this will not be completed, ever. I did speak with staff at Green Valley Pump and they are installing a repairing a leaking tank for this system. | ||
