| Details: | I tried to contact Jeremy again regarding the overdue deficiencies noted from the last water survey. I was unable to reach Jeremy and left a voicemail requesting a callback to discuss a timeline to correct the deficiencies. A follow-up email was also sent to Jeremy with additional information. Update 2/24/26: Jeremy emailed me back stating that no progress has been made on the listed deficiencies. I emailed Jeremy back requesting a call by Friday (2/27/26) to address the violations/deficiencies or to establish a corrective action plan otherwise enforcement actions will be required. Update 2/26/26: Jeremy called me back and we spoke about the deficiencies and violations for the Dufur water system. I informed Jeremy that he needs to complete the following tasks: 1.) designate Clint Whitney as the DRC officially, 2.) complete the under-certified operator protocol and send me a copy, 3.) work on submitting all previous CCRs and plan to meet the upcoming July 1 deadline, 4.) send me a photo of the handwritten O&M manual but plan to have a finalized O&M manual complete in 30 days, and 5.) send me a photo or copy of the outdated emergency response plan but plan to revise and finalize the emergency response plan in 30 days. |
