| Details: | Mr. Brown called to inform me that Wasco County reviewed and accepted the land use application for the water pipeline at Pinewood Mobile Manor. A cultural and archaeological review is required and will take from three to four months. I notified Mr. Brown that this delay was expected and is essentially consistent with the deadlines in the current agreement extension. | ||
