| Details: | DWS contacted operator to discuss December 2025 and January 2026 monthly operating reports. Daily membrane integrity tests exceeded the maximum allowable pressure decay rate, and data was missing from the January report. Treatment technique and reporting violations were issued, and a Tier 2 public notice is required. DWS provided a public notice template. DWS had been working with Trollers Cove, OAWU, and NW Natural Water Services to troubleshoot the failed integrity tests. Those efforts have been successful as of March 2026, and Trollers Cove is passing daily integrity tests. |
