| Details: | I received an email from a concerned water customer regarding two recent boil water advisories. The only notice they received was a sign posted at the entrance of the neighborhood. The complainant was never notified when or if the advisory was lifted. Complainant is not getting a response from the water system after leaving voice messages and sending texts. I have also left a voice message and send an email and have not heard back as of 3/6/26. | ||
